Dr Barry Timmins
Head of Business Development
Barry is responsible for strategic and operational delivery of the central business development and commercialisation functions including Impact Accelerator Accounts (IAAs). Alongside Shona, he is one of the first points of contact for external enquiries.

IP & Commercialisation Manager
Responsible for the promotion and management of knowledge transfer activities, including evaluation and management of IPR towards licensing, spin outs and collaborations, participation in ICURe and Lean Launchpad programmes, ARC and Commercial Reactor Ignition

KTP Manager
Our team leads the development and management of the University’s KTPs. This includes supporting our exciting portfolio of live projects, driving new opportunities, facilitating new applications, and managing stakeholder relationships to enhance KTP activity.
Shona Malcolm
Business Development Officer
I am the first and central contact point for external businesses and organisations wishing to collaborate with the University, and have responsibility for managing our website and marketing collateral.
