A conversation about music-making for performers, composers, musicologists of all persuasions, philosophers, educationalists, sociologists, anthropologists, psychologists, and innocent bystanders.

Vocality/Instrumentality 2017 is a two-day conference being held at the University of Huddersfield in January.  We extend an invitation to researchers and performers from a broad range of fields who wish to engage with questions that relate, in a variety of creative ways, to ideas about the relationship between ‘vocality’ and ‘instrumentality’ in connection with music performance.  Details are available on our conference website here:  https://vocalityinstrumentality2017.wordpress.com/
