Biography

Currently, Dr Faisal is research assistance in the Centre for Efficiency and Performance Engineering. He received Environmental Monitoring degree from University of Leeds, BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Jeddah Technical College and Electrical Engineering from Riyadh Technical College before completing a Master's degree in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering at the University of Manchester. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Huddersfield in the non-intrusive detection of incipient cavitation of centrifugal pumps. His current research interests include data analysis, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
