Lianghui joined the Business School in June 2014 as a lecturer in International Business for the Department of Strategy and Marketing. Prior to this, Lianghui worked as a part-time brought-in teacher at Loughborough University Business School. Lianghui obtained his PhD in International Business, as well as his MSc in Marketing and Management, with disctinction, from Loughborough University. He completed his BA in English (Translation and Cultural Studies) from Guangzhou University in China.
Lianghui is now teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Cross Cultural Management, International Business Environment, and International Business.
Lianghui’s current research interests concern cross-cultural management, particularly in the area of cross-cultural negotiations. He is also interested in the topic of cultural intelligence.
