Qualifications: BSc (Hons), PGCE, MSc, FHEA

Nina is currently a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University and teaches on the Secondary PGCE course, specialising in Business Studies, she also holds the responsibility of Partnership Development Manager. 

A graduate of the PGCE at Huddersfield herself, she has returned to work at the University after 15 years teaching in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Over the course of her employment Nina held the positions of Head of Year, Director of Sixth Form Studies, Assistant Headteacher and most recently Associate Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for Teaching and Learning.  Nina has also worked as a subject and professional mentor to ITE students. 

Nina has a wide range of teaching experience including A Level and GCSE Business Studies, Vocational Business Studies at Level 3, 2 & 1. Travel and Tourism at Level 3, 2 & 1 and Work Skills Level 3, 2 & 1.    Nina has previously been an Examiner Marker for OCR and she also worked in the travel industry after graduating, in the position of Cabin Crew.
