Kai joined the University in May 2002 and is currently a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader in the Department of People Management & Organisations in the Business School.
Kai’s work experience has been varied, having mainly existed in an entrepreneurial, self-employed state from an early age to becoming a FOREX dealer in Hong Kong, evolving to imparting knowledge and experience in the world of higher education.
From Manchester Met. to Bradford to Huddersfield, it appears that Kai may be on a long slow tour of the Yorkshire educational establishments, but very happy and settled in Huddersfield.
Also, Kai is on the International Recruitment Team with responsibilities for the recruitment from Hong Kong and other Far Eastern countries.
Currently studying towards a DBA.
