  • I am interested in the development of emotional intelligence within professional practice and its contribution to developing resilience.
  • I am also interested in the social construction of marginalised groups such as offenders, gendered victimisation and concept of deviancy.
  • I have supervised a Phd candidate in the social and cultural construction of criminality.
  • I am PGR support for a number of PhD candidates.
  • I also have researched and interested in the concept of risk, risk management and interventions.
