UoA 18 - Law

This is an emerging Unit of Assessment and is based within Huddersfield Business School and contributes particularly to the Research Centre for Sustainability, Responsibility, Governance and Ethics  (SURGE) with particular research interests that include:

• corporate governance and business ethics
• sustainability and gender equality
• ethical challenges in medical treatment, including end of life
• environmental law
• human rights particularly in the context of refugees, deportation and disability
