Centre members have considerable experience of undertaking programme and service evaluation and improvement projects across social care, health, education and community settings. A unique aspect to our approaches is the use of reflective practice and systemic action inquiry approaches working collaboratively with professionals to support innovation and improvement in services. Centre staff also bring expertise in involvement of service users and carers as experts by experience and embedding participation in service planning and review processes.
