The University of Huddersfield, in collaboration with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), is hosting a 'Women in Architecture' symposium at the University on Wednesday 14 June 2017.

Workshop Topics

Attendees can sign up to any of the following workshops over lunch

  • VISIBILITY - How visible are women architects in the public eye, in education, in the studio and on site?
  • CONTRIBUTION - What is it that women architects bring to the profession, its expression and approach?
  • TRAJECTORY - How do women architects gain and sustain careers?
  • What is the truth about pay, recognition and and status? What can be roles for men?
