South West Forest and Landscapes Grouping (SWFLG)
Introduction
South West Forests and Landscape Grouping is an informal grouping that operates in Ethiopia and comprises the University of Huddersfield, UK and its partners the Ethiopian NGO Ethio-Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) and the Dutch EEIG (European Economic Interest Grouping) Sustainable Livelihood Action / Wetland Action.
SWFLG undertakes development projects with a focus on an ecologically sound, economically viable and socially sensitive approach to the management of the landscape of South West Ethiopia.
Members of the Grouping have almost 20 years of experience through more than ten field projects in the south west funded by the EU and other international donors.
